Change starts
at the top.
You hold the most leverage. We help you use it.
Frontline burnout doesn't stay on the frontline. It shows up in safety, quality, and turnover — long before anyone names why.

I'm an executive coach, licensed psychotherapist, and organizational consultant based in New York, New York, working with leaders in healthcare and education — where burnout doesn't just cost the bottom line. What a leader carries unaddressed gets passed down — to the team, and to everyone depending on them.
I work where performance, culture, or people challenges are getting in the way of results. My approach combines clinical depth, systems thinking, and a structured assessment process — so we identify what's actually driving the problem, not just the symptoms on the surface.
Leaders don't have to want to go deep. They just have to want different results. That's where we start.

The Moment
Something has shifted.
And quietly, underneath the performance, there's a question most leaders don't say out loud:
"Am I still the right person
to lead through this?"
That's the moment we work in.
A confidential room — with peers who carry the same weight. In person, in New York City.
Request to joinHow I Work
No two engagements look the same.
I start by listening. I ask the questions that get underneath the surface — and from there we figure out together what's needed. It might be coaching. It might be culture work. It might be something in between.
What it always is: a collaboration. Built around you — because the leaders and organizations I work with don't want someone to swoop in with a fix. They want a thinking partner who helps them build something that actually lasts.
01
Assess
A structured process to identify what's actually driving the challenge — not just the surface symptoms.
02
Develop
Deep work at the level of behavior, pattern, and psychology. The beliefs and unconscious dynamics that drive how a leader shows up.
03
Transform
A leader who shows up differently — and whose organization feels it.
For High-Stakes Environments
The most expensive mistakes in high-stakes organizations aren't strategic. They're psychological.
The leaders who seek me out aren't looking for standard executive coaching. They're at the top of organizations where the margin for human error is thin, the mission is real, and the cost of getting the leadership wrong is measured in more than dollars.
I'm not learning healthcare and education from the outside — I built my career inside both.
As a licensed psychotherapist with clinical credentials rare in the coaching and consulting space, clinical depth shapes how I approach the complexity of organizational leadership. What's actually happening in the room, in the relationship, in the system — that's where the real work lives. And that's the level I work at.
I work at the top of the organization. Because that's where leverage lives.
In an era when AI is changing how work gets done — the leaders who thrive are the ones who understand what no algorithm can replicate: the human dynamics underneath every decision.
Who This Is For
I work with the people at the top — whoever sets the standard everyone else has to live inside.
Sometimes that first conversation is with the CEO directly. Just as often, it starts with the person closest to the problem — the head of HR, the leader of L&D, whoever's paying attention to what the organization actually needs. Wherever it starts, the CEO has to be willing to be part of it — a small part or a large one. Change starts at the top, even when the door opens somewhere else.
Healthcare, digital health, and education — where the stakes aren't abstract. Increasingly, that includes the frontline — the roles closest to risk and closest to the people they serve.
What We Can Do Together
The work looks different depending on what you need.
Every engagement begins with a conversation — just the two of us. Some leaders then want The SystemsDx™, gathering input from others around them for a wider read; others keep it one-on-one throughout. From there, the work takes the shape that's actually needed.
Executive & CEO Coaching
One-on-one coaching for CEOs and senior leaders navigating complexity, competition, identity, or high-performance pressure. We work at the level of behavior, patterns, and the psychology underneath. The result is a leader who shows up differently — and whose organization feels it.
Leadership Development
Coaching and development for the leadership layer — because culture lives or dies in how your senior team operates, communicates, and leads under pressure.
Culture & Organizational Consulting
For organizations ready to build something better in their culture. Culture assessment, group dynamics, burnout prevention, change management, and neuroinclusive workforce design — moving beyond accommodation to environments where every kind of mind can fully contribute.
Leadership Assessment for Hiring & Succession
Structured, evidence-based assessment to support hiring, promotion, and succession decisions — grounded in the same clinical and organizational-systems lens used throughout my work — real insight into how someone will actually lead, not a scorecard.
Group Facilitation
Before the room breaks — and when it already has. Some of the most effective work happens before conflict surfaces — building a team's capacity to handle disagreement and stay functional under pressure. When dynamics are already stuck or stalling decisions, that's facilitation's other job. Not a workshop. A room where something actually shifts.
The Whole Leader
Senior leaders carry more than shows up on the org chart. Clinically grounded advisory support for executives navigating the full complexity of leadership and life — including the leadership that happens at home, as a parent — so your best people don't burn out quietly and leave.

Let's Talk
If something here resonated —
If your organization is carrying something heavy and you're ready to do something about it — I'd love to have a conversation.
No pitch. Just a real talk about where you are and whether working together makes sense.
